What Does Your Body Need To Survive, Thrive, and Fully Feel Alive?
In our modern society, the amount of information accessible can leave anyone feeling “Well, what is the right and what is the wrong thing to do? What is the ideal way to look attractive? What should I eat? What should I do to look like that?”
But what I am hearing is, “How do I become more accepted by society and society’s standards?
My coaching wants you to consider this question…
How do I feel confident, healthy, strong, and accepting in my unique body?
As your coach, I hope you never look like the person next to you, how would I be able to distinguish your unique and beautiful characteristics?
As your coach, I want you to be the healthiest and strongest version of yourself..
What Does That Look Like?
As your coach I will make personalized programming for you that involves strength training, cardiovascular training, and core stabilization. Depending on your goals and amount of time you would like to invest will determine how deep we can go into the rabbit hole of unlocking your physical potential. Most of the training I do is done outside with my clients. Whether I take you to a track, hiking trails, or some big hills to run up, being outside unlocks your ability to feel free in your environment. I am a firm believer in the power of sunlight on one’s confidence. Fresh air and sunlight are the perfect ingredients to bring peace and power to yourself. Training sessions run anywhere from a half an hour to a full hour.
Sometimes we take off our shoes to practice grounding. Grounding is an excellent way to balance out your energy within your body!
Along with physical training, I also focus on how to develop a healthy relationship with food. Most of today’s food is so processed, the food looses a good amount of its nutritional value.
I have one major rule of thumb….

I will help you reconnect with food in a way that makes you feel like you are at home. I incorporate all the colors to make your tummy feel stable, fulfilled, and energized. As an athlete, I have had to learn how to cook food that fuels and recovers the daily stress put on my body. By learning what food leaves you feeling tired and exhausted and what food leaves you feeling energized and bright, you will feel more empowered in the kitchen and in your body!

Hey no problem! I have journal activities involving morning routines, sleeping routines, daily routines, time management, energy expenditure, and financial budgeting to help you create more time for activities that fill your cup!
At the end of the day, your health is your wealth. Learning how to take care and give back to yourself shows yourself that you believe you are worthy enough to be healthy. Most of the time, we have no idea how good we can feel because we have never accessed our human potential. And most importantly, you will be ready to handle adversity that enters your life because you yourself feel capable and strong.
We all know life has plenty of curve balls thrown our way at unexpected times. We cannot control what happens outside of us, but we can prepare ourselves to handle whatever tough situations come our way.
