How Does Your Spirit Communicate With You?

The spirit can sometimes communicate its energy with physical or mental cues. A spirit that is confined, blocked, or repressed can communicate through the body by showing closed off body posture, lack of eye contact, restlessness, exhaustion, and anything that resembles an off balance feeling. A spirit that is confined, blocked, or repressed will communicate through mental cues such as anxiety, depression, numbness, lack of connection inside and outside of self, lack of passion, and also resemble an off balance feeling. These physical and mental cues are not to be deemed as negative. In fact, I would consider these cues to be a gift pointing you in the direction that resonates more with your unique self.

So What Would Be The Opposite of A Confined Spirit?

A spirit that is not confined reminds me of a free spirit. A spirit with no bounds or restrictions. A spirit that expresses fully without the fear of judgment. A spirit that is free represents itself in the body as open, warm, joyful, expressive, passionate, and shows up as a balanced energy. A spirit that is free represents itself in the mind as vulnerable, creative, curious, forgiving, and accepting. I truly believe we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. Having the human body gives us a passageway to express our spirit in this human form. When we learn how to listen to what the spirit is communicating within us, we build a deeper connection within ourselves and the world outside of us.

So Olivia… What Would We Do To Build This Deeper Insight and Intuition Within Ourselves?

As your coach, my practices combine all three areas of practice; mind, body, and spirit. All three aspects intertwine with one another to create a balanced whole. I truly believe when all three parts, mind, body, and spirit receive the feeling of being united and in harmony, the feeling of unconditional love courses through our being.

Some activities that you will participate in while practicing becoming more in touch with your intuitive self are quiet time activities, grounding, creative adventures (dancing, singing, drawing, painting, building, sewing, writing), nature time (being outside with trees, flowers, grass, bugs, animals, sun, rain, wind, snow), learning how to feel safe in your body exercises, and practicing being vulnerable enough to experience playfulness.

I’ll leave you with this last question dear reader…

What Would Your Spirit Say If You Chose To Listen?
